If there’s an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis, and proof of purchase is required. We do not provide refunds for orders that are prepared correctly but are not to individual taste preferences.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and order size, but we aim to deliver your food hot and fresh. A delivery fee applies based on your location, and a minimum order amount may be required for delivery. Takeout orders are typically ready for pickup within 15–30 minutes.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Takeout and delivery orders can be canceled without penalty if canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be accepted if food preparation has already begun.
